Voluntary certificates granted at ITT CERTEX

The ITT CERTEX offers textile certification with the "Eco5" mark in the scope of accreditation authorized by the Polish Center for Accreditation / No. of accreditation AC 175 /. Accreditation in accordance with the certification scheme: PRC-4 CERTEX ECO Conformity certification - in accordance with the "Eco-5" ecological mark, on unit's own criteria - KT-01-eco-5 Technical criteria for the evaluation of products for the " Eco5" mark

The technical criteria for product evaluation developed by the ITT CERTEX for the mark "Eco5", include 5 groups of managment requirements:

Supply chain,
Production,
Quality,
Health and safety,
An environment.

The certificate of compliance in accordance with the Polish Standard authorize in order to put the mark on the product. The PN certificate may be issued to the applicant organization (manufacturer, authorized representative, importer, distributor) under the following conditions:

1. The tests confirming the compliance of the subject of certification in accordance with relevant requirements of the Polish Standard has been carried out by laboratories recognized by ITT CERTEX as competent.
2. The applicant organization has demonstrated that it is able to ensure the continuity of compliance with the requirements of the Polish Standard.
3. ITT CERTEX did not find any non-conformities during the certification procedure or the non-conformities were effectively removed within the time limit agreed by ITT CERTEX and the Organization.

ITT CERTEX lead under the voluntary certification the workwear and materials intended for workwear in accordance with PN-P-84525:1998 Workwear - in the scope of accreditation by the Polish Center for Accreditation (No. AC 175) according to certification programs: PRC- 2 CERTEX OPJ Certification of compliance - with the assessment of the production / delivery process or PRC-3 CERTEX OT Conformity certification - type assessment.

We offer voluntary certificates of compliance, which are issued for a period of 18 or 36 months.

ITT CERTEX Ltd. carries out the voluntary certification of the ESD clothing for compliance with PN-EN 61340-5-1: 2017-01 Static electricity - Part 5-1 “Protection of electronic devices against static electricity - General requirements” in the scope of accreditation the Polish Centre for Accreditation (No. AC 175)according to the programs certification: PRC-2 CERTEX OPJ Conformity certification - with production / delivery process assessment (pdf) or PRC-3 CERTEX OT Conformity certification - type assessment.

We offer certificates of compliance, which are issued for a period of 18 or 36 months.

ITT CERTEX carries out product voluntary certification for compliance with CEN / TS 14237: 2015-12 “Textiles in the health care system” in the scope of accreditation by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (No. AC 175) according to certification programs: PRC-2 CERTEX OPJ Conformity certification - with the assessment of the production process / deliveries or PRC-3 CERTEX OT Conformity certification - type assessment. We offer certificates of compliance, which are issued for a period of 18 or 36 months.
